Nate’s PC Repair Service Order Agreement
Thank you for choosing Nate’s PC Repair! We perform all work in conformance with the highest standards of our profession and bill according to the time we spend working on your problem. All services and payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data! We are not responsible for lost or missing data or the cost of replacing the data.
- Accounts with an outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to any further service.
- Accounts past due more than thirty (30) days will incur a finance charge unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All checks need to be made payable to Nathan Pece.
- There is a $30 fee for any payment that is not honored for any reason.
- Unless we agree in advance, any material left for more than thirty (30) days after the customer is notified shall become property of Nate’s PC Repair and may be sold to satisfy any amount owed.
- Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Accordingly, hardware warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer. We do charge for any related work we perform.
- If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within forty-eight hours (48) after receipt of your property to discuss your concerns.
- If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve your concerns, the sole remedy for settling any dispute between the customer and Nate’s PC Repair shall be binding arbitration.
- In the event of serious virus issues if any data, files and or programs are lost we will do our best to recover these. Some data, files and or programs that have been totally corrupted can not be recovered and we can not be held accountable for this instance.
